Level Four (4) Incentive Program
Purpose:
- To get more members to sign up in
Level 1.
- Get more members to advance in the
program from the current level they are in.
- Get more members to stay current and
wear proper riding gear once they achieve level 4.
To qualify for the incentive program:
- Your name is submitted by the Chapter
Educator at the end of each calendar year.
- Your name can only be
submitted by one Chapter Educator.
- You must attend at least seven (7)
meetings of your home Chapter.
- If your name is selected to win our
gifts, the above must be verified by the District
Director.
Only one winner per category.
Category 1 - Level 1 Incentive
Sign up to become a level 1 in the current calendar year.
(Example 2008) Gift - $50.00 value.
Category 2 - Levels 2, 3 and 4 with
less than 6 months as a Level 4 Incentive.
Have advanced in the levels program during the current
calendar year. Once becoming a Level 4, you must wear
proper riding gear. Gift - Set of tires, a $300.00
value. Installation NOT included. The
Level 4 must have been wearing his/her riding gear for at
least six (6) months to qualify in the Category 3 Incentive.
Category 3 - Level 4 Incentive
Be a current Level 4 at the end of the calendar year.
There can be a lapse period in staying current for First Aid
/ Riding, or classroom courses for those Level 4's that have
been so far prior to the current year (How much lapse time
is OK with you). Anyone who has achieved Level 4
status in the current calendar year must have been a Level 4
for six (6) months to qualify for Category 3. (They
still qualify to win a set of tires in Category 2).
Wear proper riding gear at all times. This means GW
functions as well as your personal riding time. The
only exception to this rule is during a sanctioned slow
riding parade (example: Mardi Gras parades that
Chapter K participates in.). Gift - Set of tires, a
$300.00 value. Installation NOT included.
Proper riding gear:
- DOT approved helmet
- Long pants
- Long sleeve shirt
- Full finger gloves
- Eye protection
- Ankle high boots
A member can only qualify for only one of
the above three (3) incentives. Only one winner for
each of the three (3) categories. All the names of
those who qualify will be put in a hopper and selected at
Wingless Weekend. You do not have to be present to
win. (Note: I plan on having a silent auction
for Riders Ed at Wingless Weekend)
